Dear Sarah and Genevieve
I would like to thank you both very much indeed for all your assistance
to make our function on Saturday afternoon and evening so successful.
It all ran so smoothly and was a very happy occasion. The room looked
lovely and the table settings were wonderful.
The venue worked very well with having our meeting and dinner in the
same space. I have received so many positive comments and compliments
both that night and today.
Genevieve - thank you for all your assistance at the function and also
from the other members of staff who were there. You were all so helpful
and nothing was too much trouble. I did appreciate that.
Our members are already talking about a function next year.......

Hi Sarah,
Just a quick note to say thank you very much for everything that you did to make our Formal the success that it was.
The venue and service was fantastic, and our students thoroughly enjoyed the night.
The security people did a great job, and a special thanks for organising the photographer at short notice.
Thanks again, and I hope we can use your venue again some time in the future.
